It is reported that in this comparative test, the Chinese Consumer Association staff purchased 39 samples from 11 large and medium-sized shopping malls, supermarkets, and specialty stores in Beijing and Tianjin as ordinary consumers. The comparative test samples basically include the 0-3 years old baby knitted underwear products of different grades marketed in Beijing and Tianjin, and have strong representativeness. The purchase price ranges from 29.9 yuan to 1470 yuan per piece, including domestic brands and imported goods.

The results showed that all samples in the national mandatory standards for safety performance indicators odor, decomposable aromatic amine dyes, formaldehyde content and conventional quality indicators wash fastness, sewing strength projects can meet the requirements of the relevant standards. Fifteen samples of the 39 samples of the comparative trial exceeded the standard range. For example, the dimensional change rate (straight direction) of nominal “small colon brand baby clothing” was -11.9%; The rate of change in the dimensions of the fasteners (straight) is -9.9%. After the two samples were washed with water, their size changed to a greater extent, and after washing, they would affect the re-use.

Specifi- cations of the sample fiber content were inconsistent, and the sample instructions were not standardized, misleading consumers. There are four samples of fiber content in the sample. The nominal "Jottum" round neck bow sweater is 100% cotton, the actual measured value is 93.6% cotton and 6.4% spandex; the nominal "Teleil brand knitted underwear" also does not indicate the fiber ingredient. At the same time, of the 39 samples used in this comparative experiment, 11 samples did not meet the standard requirements.

There is a problem with the color fastness, the pH is too high, and there are hidden dangers in the health of infants and children.
