Some special buttons have a certain degree of difficulty for binding. If you manually staple these buttons, it is time-consuming and labor-intensive. With a common 1903 sewing machine, the button clip cannot hold the button at all. The use of 289 pin buckles is the use of the smallest button clips to hold the buttons too large. This kind of four-button, button clip is no way to clamp, which brings difficulties to production. After observation and analysis, it is considered that the use of the 289 sewing machine button is more appropriate. The method is to install the minimum button clip of the 289 buttoning machine on the machine and lining the cloth under the button clamp so as to prevent different objects from falling into the machine. Apply some AB glue to the inner groove of the clip (Figure 1).

When the AB glue slowly hardens, set the machine to the clipped state and clamp a button (Fig. 2), then use the hand to press the button clip with the external force. When placing, the button must be placed positively. The button is not placed and the needle will be broken during operation. After the AB glue is completely hardened, the button clip can be released and the special button clip is formed. At this point, the button clip can be removed, excess AB glue can be repaired with a blade, and then the button clip can be attached, so that the computer data can be readjusted according to the process requirements. In addition, it may be because the buttons are too small to cause the button clamp sensor not to display an error code. In this case, two paper washers can be installed on both sides of the button clamp.

If the paper washers are too thin, add a few more sheets until you can sense them, but do not make the pad very thick all of a sudden. This will cause the clips to come off and damage the machine. If you want to remove the AB glue later, you can put the button clamp under the iron and open the steam. When the AB glue melts, it will easily fall off.
