A professional and experienced QA team is in place for quality and safety management and control, including IQC-Incoming Material Quality Control; IPQC-In-process Quality Control; FQC-Final Goods Quality Control, and OQC-Outgoing goods Quality Control. In addition, we perform regular stuff training, in order all can understand and implement individual quality responsibility.


























 

Our Flannel Fabric contains 100 Cotton Flannel Fabric and poly Polar Fleece Fabric, poly Coral Fleece Fabric. one side brushing and two sides brushing are available. Our flannel fabrics are used for coats lining, wiping cloth, stuffed toys and bedsheets etc. Fleece fabrics feel very comfortable in using. We can supply white, dyed and printed fleece fabric. All our fleece fabrics are with environmental dyes. 

For cotton flannel, our main constructions are 20*10 40*42 43"-58" 150gsm  and 24*13 42*44 43-58"  135gsm flannels. some clients prefer similar construction to be different in markets, so we also accept special weaving order to meet such requirements.  For poly polar fleece and coral fleece fabric, we use high quality poly yarns in DTY and FDY type with micro fibres from 96F to 288F. Fabfic weight will be from 90gsm to 380gsm, normal width tis 60" more or less. Our goods will provice clients better experiences with its comfortable handfeelings and clean surface.
